Request deletion of your account and data

You can request deletion of your MyGymCoach account and associated data without accessing or reinstalling the MyGymCoach app.

Request deletion on the web

Use the account-deletion request form below. State that you want to delete your MyGymCoach account and include the email address on the account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Data deleted

Deleting your account removes your Firebase account and known synced MyGymCoach training data, including check-ins, workout sessions, saved phases, and active phase data.

Delete from the app

You can also delete your account in MyGymCoach: open Settings, select Delete Account, and confirm. This action cannot be undone.

Limited retention

We do not retain your MyGymCoach account or training data after deletion, except where limited information must be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or financial record-keeping for the period those obligations require. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored on MyGymCoach servers.
