Information we collect

MyGymCoach collects account information, including your email address and account identifier; fitness and training information, including workout plans, workout logs, check-ins, saved phases, preferences, and exercise setup notes; and support messages you choose to send. If you choose to add exercise setup photos or other reference media, the app accesses that content to display it in your saved exercise setup information.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, provide and personalize workout planning and history, show progression and check-in information, restore account-linked training data, respond to support requests, and operate subscription access.

Storage, sharing, and security

Some training information is stored locally on your device and account-linked information may be synced with Firebase Authentication and Firestore. We use service providers, including Firebase, to authenticate accounts and store data. Website payment processing is provided by Stripe; MyGymCoach does not store raw payment card numbers, expiration dates, or CVC values. Information is encrypted in transit.

Retention and deletion

You may request deletion of your MyGymCoach account and associated data at any time through the app's Settings screen or without access to the app through our account-deletion request page. Deleting an account removes the Firebase account and known synced training data associated with that account, including check-ins, workout sessions, saved phases, and active phase data. We do not keep MyGymCoach account or training data after deletion except for limited information that must be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or financial record-keeping, and only for the period those obligations require.
